Nytol Herbal Simply Sleep & Calm Elixir is traditionally used for things like university exams or stress at work that are causing you mild anxiety or making it hard to get off to sleep at night. And because it’s in liquid form, it’s ideal if you don’t like swallowing tablets.
For the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety: Taken two 5ml spoonfuls three times a day with water or fruit juice if desired
To aid sleep: Take two 5ml spoonfuls 30 minutes before bedtime with an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
Maximum daily dose: Four single doses.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
