Alverine Citrate Capsules relaxes the muscles in the intestine & uterus to help relieve IBS symptoms, period pains, and painful diverticular disease of the colon.

Do not take if you:

• are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
• have been told by your doctor that you have obstruction of the gut or that your small bowel is not working properly.
• are 40 years old or over.
• have passed blood from the bowel.
• are feeling sick or like vomiting.
• have lost your appetite or loss weight.
• are looking pale and feeling tired.
• are suffering from severe constipation.
• have a fever.
• have recently travelled abroad.
• are, or may be pregnant.
• are breast feeding.
• have abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge.
• have difficulty or pain passing urine.
