Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12 years: one to two 5 ml spoonfuls at night.
This should not be used in children and adolescents under the age of 12 years.
If you have not taken this before, start with one 5 ml spoonful and increase to two if necessary. When your bowel regularity has returned to normal, the dose can usually be stopped.
