ScarSil Topical Gel – 30ml

ScarSil® is recommended for the treatment of problem scarring including Hypertrophic and Keloid scars. ScarSil® gel can be used on closed healed wounds and after suture removal. The results from clinical trials and experience is that silicone gel is equivalent in efficacy to traditional silicone gel sheeting. ScarSil® topical gel is typically used on smaller scars than sheet gel and it’s invisibility is ideal for facial scarring.

Silicon gel is easily administered, and is also recommended for use on children and people with sensitive skin. It can be successfully applied to any size of scar, irregular skin or scar surfaces, the face and moving parts (joints and flexures). A 15ml tube contains enough silicone gel to treat a scar 3-4 inches (7.5-10 cm)in size, twice a day for over 90 days.
